We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment & HR Executive to manage talent acquisition and support HR operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with department heads to meet recruitment needs.
- Manage onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
