We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Executive to manage and scale campaigns for Indian e-commerce (D2C) brands. This role focuses on strategy, optimization, and driving measurable growth through Meta Ads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Audience Research & Targeting**: Build custom audiences, segment effectively, and create personas aligned with brand goals.
- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop Meta marketing strategies to boost awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Monitor, test, and refine ads (bids, creatives, targeting) for maximum ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and share actionable insights.
- **Creative Coordination**: Work with designers, share client feedback, and ensure creatives match expectations.
- **Competitor Research**: Stay updated on market trends and use insights to refine campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience running Meta Ads for D2C brands.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Expertise in segmentation, retargeting, and lookalikes.
- Up-to-date with Meta Ads tools and features.
