**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Define audience segments, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
- Write engaging ad copies, select creatives, and run A/B tests.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns for better ROI and lower acquisition costs.
- Work closely with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager policies, trends, and best practices.
- Assist in retargeting strategies and full-funnel paid campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**.
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel integration.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, lead generation, and remarketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in **Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,229.47 - ₹36,262.45 per month
