**JD: Production Executive**

**Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Production**

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules that optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods for production and delivery.
- Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure high performance, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization, in line with lean manufacturing principles.
- Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and develop cost-saving strategies to improve profitability while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve production-related issues, implement quality improvements, and introduce new products or processes.
- Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.

**SKILLS**:

- Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving production targets.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and optimization techniques, as well as lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance and quality standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data
- driven decisions to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues, implement solutions, and prevent recurrence to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
