**Job Title**: Colour Matcher

**Location**: Taloja, Maharashtra
**Salary**: ₹4 LPA
**Experience**: 3 years (preferred in **Cosmetics / Paints / Inks** products)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **colour matching and shade development** as per product requirements.
- Conduct trials for new colour formulations and adjustments.
- Maintain quality standards in shade consistency and finish.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and QC teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of formulations and trials.
- Stay updated with **latest pigments, dyes, and raw materials**.

**Requirements**:
✔Graduate / Diploma in Chemistry or related field.
✔**3 years of experience** in colour matching (Cosmetics, Paints, or Inks industry preferred).
✔trong knowledge of pigments, dyes, and raw materials.
✔Ability to identify shade variations with accuracy.
✔Good communication and teamwork skills.
