Identify trends, patterns, and potential outbreaks to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare facility.
- Develop and implement infection prevention and control policies and procedures based on evidence-based practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to infection control.
- Provide ongoing education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and conduct infection control training programs.
- Work closely with medical and nursing staff to implement infection control strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss infection control measures and patient safety initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance infection prevention practices.

**REQUIREMENTS-**
1.**EDUCATION**-GNM OR MORE
2.Proven experience as an Infection Control Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
3.Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is plus point.
4.Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, epidemiology, and infection prevention strategies.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
7.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to infection control.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
