As a Retail Executive specializing in Courier Booking, you will be responsible for overseeing the booking process for courier services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels and packages to our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with clients.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing the front desk operations, including receiving and processing courier service requests from customers.
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding courier services, pricing, and delivery options.
- Monitoring the status of shipments and tracking deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of courier bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote courier services.
- Should have computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

- High School(+2) to Any Graduation

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
