**Job Title: Sales and Purchase Executive**

Location: Vadodara

Experience: Fresher to 5 years in Sales and Purchase for Tendering, Trading (Siemens Numerical Relays, Ruggedcom switches, RMUs, Spares for MV & LV switchgear).

Expertise: Sales and Purchase with ERP, E Plan Software.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying product technically base on customer requirement, prepare techno-commercial offer.
- negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Maintain accurate records related to sales and purchasing activities, such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Manage orders by tracking deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure that goods and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, Prepared RFQS for material supply and services in both offline and online;
- Manage external suppliers, ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
- Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Identify new suppliers, agree terms, and negotiate supply agreements
- Foster close working relationships with associated departments (Sales, Purchase, Engineering, and Production)
- Continually improve Sales and purchasing methods and drive down external spend
- Supplier visits (domestic and international)
- Review and improve the Purchasing function and methodology
- Material control and cost management
- Collaboration with technical and sales departments on new and existing materials
- Project focus, supporting the purchasing function at a strategic level

**Salary**: Salary Range -25000 to 30.000 CTC P.M. As per company norms and technical knowledge in Interview
