_**Job Summary**:_
- The Sales and Purchase Coordinator is responsible for managing the sales process and purchasing of products, ensuring that customer needs are met while optimizing inventory levels and supplier relationships. This role involves collaboration with various departments to support sales goals and ensure timely procurement._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **1.Work in tally software, Basic computer knowledge like excel word PowerPoint and also other.**
- Sales Responsibilities:_
- _Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions._
- _Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential customers._
- _Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and following up on leads._
- _Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies._
- _Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns._
- Purchase Responsibilities:_
- _Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts._
- _Analyze purchasing needs and forecast inventory requirements._
- _Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels._
- _Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products._
- _Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to optimize costs._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Proven experience in sales and purchasing, preferably in [specific industry]._
- _Strong negotiation and communication skills._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software._
- _Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions._

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
