**Opening: Export Executive**

**Experience required: 1 to 5 years**

**Location: Vadodara**
- Preparation of PFI, Prepare factory order and Maintain the Factory order recording excel.
- Generate-way bill
- Monthly production planning.
- Follow up for Purchase order after getting Purchase Order from Customer Provide the sales contract/ Order Acceptance with Terms of Payment, Delivery Schedule, Inco terms
- Follow up Purchase Department to factory order about raw material and packing material
- Follow-up Production Department to factory order about Delivery schedule and timely Delivery of Material the customer.
- Export documents submission in bank for lodgement invoice.
- Submission of inward remittance
