Job Title: NGO Fundraising Manager

Location: Bangalore Hsr layout

/Part-time/Contract

Reports To: Director/Executive Team

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Implementation

Develop and execute a fundraising plan to secure funds from grants, corporate sponsorships, philanthropic foundations, and individual donors.

Research and identify new funding opportunities, including government grants and CSR programs.

Prepare compelling grant proposals, sponsorship pitches, and donor reports.

Organize fundraising campaigns, donor engagement events, and crowdfunding initiatives.

Donor & Partner Relations

Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.

Develop customized engagement strategies for major donors and funding agencies.

Ensure timely donor acknowledgment, stewardship, and reporting.

Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

Track and report on fundraising performance, setting and achieving key targets.

Ensure compliance with grant agreements and funding conditions.

Work closely with the finance team to align fundraising goals with budgetary needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor management within the nonprofit sector.

Strong networking skills with experience engaging with corporate donors, government agencies, and foundations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of fundraising platforms, CRM software, and digital fundraising tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:ANY

Experience in impact-driven NGOs or international organizations.

Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of fundraising.

Proficiency in social media fundraising and online crowdfunding platforms.
