**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure services and products within budget and timeline constraints.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, invoices, and payments to ensure cost-effective planning and financial accountability.
- Create and maintain event documentation, including timelines, schedules, floor plans, and run-of-show outlines, communicating details to all stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources needed for events.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues or emergencies as they arise.
- Manage event registration, attendee lists, and RSVPs, providing support and guidance to guests as needed.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs to gather feedback, assess event success, and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹12,869.89 - ₹18,000.00 per month
