SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated and compassionate Education Counselor to join our team in Indore. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and professionals towards acquiring relevant skills and knowledge in the field of digital marketing. This position requires a strong understanding of educational pathways, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their learning goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual counseling sessions with students and professionals to understand their educational needs, career aspirations, and learning preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance on educational programs, courses, and training opportunities offered by SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency, tailored to each individual's goals and background.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and certifications based on their interests, skills, and career objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to admissions, curriculum, and program requirements, providing accurate and timely information to prospective students.
- Organize information sessions, webinars, and orientation programs to familiarize students with the digital marketing curriculum and learning resources available.
- Facilitate workshops and group discussions on topics such as study skills, time management, and academic success strategies.
- Maintain records of student interactions, academic progress, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in student advising, counseling, or educational guidance, preferably in a higher education or training institute setting.
- Strong knowledge of educational pathways, academic programs, and career development resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Empathetic and patient approach towards addressing student concerns and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- **Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.**

- Relocate to Indore.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
