**Job Overview**:
SGGurukul is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team. The Education Counselor will play a key role in guiding and advising prospective students about the digital marketing courses and programs offered by SGGurukul. This role involves understanding the educational needs of potential students, providing detailed information about our offerings, and assisting them through the enrollment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive information to prospective students about digital marketing courses and programs.
- Understand the educational background, career aspirations, and learning needs of students to recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions in person, over the phone, or via video calls.
- Ensure students understand the admission requirements, course structures, and timelines.
- Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrollment and answer any questions they may have.
- Promote SGGurukul’s digital marketing programs through various channels, including webinars, seminars, workshops, and social media.
- Participate in educational fairs, events, and other promotional activities to attract potential students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide continuous support to enrolled students, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive educational experience.
- Foster alumni relationships and encourage referrals and testimonials.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Generate regular reports on counseling activities, enrollment statistics, and student feedback.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track student interactions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide feedback to the program development team based on student inquiries and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education counseling and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in education counseling, student advising, or a related role, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, courses, and career opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,480.35 per month
