Virtuous Academy of Design (VAD) is a leading creative education institute in Howrah, offering professional courses in Animation, Graphic Design, VFX, Editing, Motion Graphics, and more. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic **Marketing Executives** who are passionate about sales, communication, and building strong connections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote VAD’s creative education courses to prospective students.
- Generate leads through online/offline marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve admission and sales targets within deadlines.
- Conduct field visits, events, and local outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the academic and admin team to ensure smooth admission processes.

**What We Offer**:
**Regular Basis (Fixed + Incentive)**:

- Base Salary (Monthly Pay)
- Attractive Incentives on performance

**Incentive-Only Basis**:

- No fixed salary
- **Higher incentive slabs** than regular basis
- The more you achieve, the more you earn

**Requirements**:

- Passion for Marketing & Sales
- Good communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English preferred)
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to meet targets and build strong connections

**Job Type & Schedule**:

- Regular Basis: Full-Time (Fixed + Incentive)
- Incentive-Only: Flexible schedule
- Day Shift

- Regular Basis: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
