Virtuous Academy of Design (VAD) is a leading creative education institute in Howrah, offering professional courses in Animation, Graphic Design, VFX, Editing, Motion Graphics, and more. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Marketing Executives who are passionate about sales, communication, and building strong connections.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote VAD's creative education courses to prospective students.
  • Generate leads through online/offline marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Achieve admission and sales targets within deadlines.
  • Conduct field visits, events, and local outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the academic and admin team to ensure smooth admission processes.

What We Offer:

Regular Basis (Fixed + Incentive):

  • Base Salary (Monthly Pay)
  • Attractive Incentives on performance

Incentive-Only Basis:

  • No fixed salary
  • Higher incentive slabs than regular basis
  • The more you achieve, the more you earn

Requirements:

  • Passion for Marketing & Sales
  • Good communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English preferred)
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to meet targets and build strong connections
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Job Type & Schedule:

  • Regular Basis: Full-Time (Fixed + Incentive)
  • Incentive-Only: Flexible schedule
