**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates on property listings and market trends.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about the properties.
- Assist clients in understanding the buying and selling process, including legal and financial aspects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
