Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Associate to support our sales team in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how OpenIntervue can transform their hiring process. This role is ideal for someone looking to drive business growth, engage with enterprise customers, and develop expertise in SaaS sales and AI-driven recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead research and qualification to identify potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling pitch decks and sales presentations.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and requirements.
- Deliver engaging product demos and articulate OpenIntervue's value proposition.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless demo experience for prospects.
- Prepare proposals, case studies, and customer success stories to support sales efforts.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead interactions and status.
- Gather client feedback to improve pre-sales processes and refine sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For
- Past experience in B2B sales, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product value effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and cold outreach strategies is a plus.
- Completed a bachelor's or a master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
