**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimise sales efforts.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to analyse data and generate reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
