We are looking for a **Legal Associate** with a dual background in **Company Secretary (CS)** and **Law (LLB)** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work on high-stake infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of **legal documentation, arbitration support, and claim quantification.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, concession agreements, and arbitration documents**.
- Support in the **quantification of claims** for infrastructure projects, including analysis of contractual clauses, financial implications, and dispute matters.
- Provide **legal compliance support** for company operations in alignment with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, counsels, and government authorities for legal and arbitration-related work.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely filings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
