**Hiring Notice - In-House Legal Associates (Full-Time)**

**Position**: In-House Legal Associate (Full-Time)
**Experience**: Up to 2 year
**Expertise Required**: Criminal and Civil Law

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excellent drafting skills, review, and finalize legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations related to criminal and civil matters.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on various legal issues concerning the firm and its clients.
- Confidently attend **court hearings, client meetings, and negotiations** as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external counsels, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **LL.B. degree** from a recognized university.
- Up to **2 year of experience** in handling criminal and civil matters, with exposure to arguing in court hearings.
- Strong **research, drafting, and analytical skills**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Must be based nearby or willing to relocate to **South Delhi (Satbari, Chhatarpur)**.
