**Job Title**: Legal Associate

**Location**: Defence Colony, New Delhi

As a Legal Associate, you will:

- Bridge Law & Technology: Assist in integrating emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and automation into legal workflows.
- Support Compliance & Cybersecurity: Work on regulatory matters related to data protection, IT governance, and digital ethics.
- Collaborate with IT Experts: Partner with developers, analysts, and legal professionals to create efficient legal tech products.
- Enhance Contract & Document Management: Optimize digital contract workflows and legal documentation automation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
- Keen interest in legal technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of AI tools, legal research databases, or compliance management software.
- Understanding of data privacy laws and digital regulations.
