We are seeking a skilled person with a passion for visual merchandising to join our team and enhance the allure of our showroom.

Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing captivating showroom displays that highlight our home decor products and engage our customers. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, spatial awareness, and a deep understanding of current home decor trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Execution**: Create and execute visually compelling merchandising concepts for our showroom. Develop layouts, color schemes, and display arrangements that showcase our home decor products effectively.
- **Space Optimization**: Design floor plans and display setups that maximize the use of space and enhance product visibility.
- **Trend Integration**: Stay abreast of the latest home decor trends and incorporate them into showroom designs. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to ensure our displays remain relevant and appealing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that showroom displays align with promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes. Provide design input for marketing materials and social media content.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance the customer shopping experience by creating inviting, well-organized displays that encourage exploration and interaction with our products.
- **Quality Control**: Regularly review and update showroom displays to maintain high standards of design and presentation. Address any issues promptly to ensure displays remain fresh and in excellent condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design and visual merchandising, ideally within a home decor or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles, home decor trends, and spatial arrangement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sultanpur, New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
