1. Greet customer.

2. Prepare RO and mention all require repair in customer voice. If required arrange for road test.

3. Explain customer for what we are going to perform repair on his car.

4. Exact estimation of price and time for the same.

5. In case of waiting customer make him/ her, comfortable in customer lounge.

6. Update customer about extra approval, time, charges etc.

7. In case of non receive of your call send sms and take approval for the same.

8. 50% advance for all paid jobs above 20,000 for small cars and 40,000 for premium cars. Without advance we cannot start any work.

9. Inspect each vehicle before deliver and customer arrival.

10. Check RO copy for repaire carried and as per list. Ensure proper charges are mentioned in the system.

11. Pre invoice to be checked by each advisor before final bill.

12. Send Photo updates to customers on work progess

13. Do N+1 calling to all customers

14. Achieve Parts, Labour and VAS targets.

15. Maintain Customer Delight Minimum 80%.

**Salary starting : 18,000/- plus incentives to 30,000/- plus incentive depending on experience and last salary drawn.**

Min Requirement: Needs to be able to drive a 4 Wheeler and have a valid license.

We will prefer Sales Consultants who have prior work experience in Hyundai, Tata or Maruti.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
