**Key Responsibilities**
- **Safety Compliance & Regulations**
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at project sites.
- Stay updated with government and industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IS 15700, Factory Act, etc.).
- **Site Safety Inspections & Audits**
- Conduct regular safety inspections at installation sites.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) compliance.
- **Incident & Risk Management**
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and prepare reports with preventive measures.
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- **Training & Awareness**
- Organize safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Educate field teams on electrical safety, working at heights, and fire prevention.
- **Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain records of safety audits, incidents, and training sessions.
- Submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
