**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and patient-friendly **Telecaller Executive** to join our dental clinic team. The primary responsibility is to **make outbound calls to patients**, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth communication between the clinic and prospective or existing patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to **potential and existing patients** regarding dental treatments, appointments, and follow-ups.
- **Follow up with incoming leads** from digital platforms, campaigns, or referrals.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and caring tone on all calls.
- **Explain treatment plans**, offers, or online consultation services clearly to patients when required.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s software or tracking system.
- Maintain and update call records and patient feedback accurately.
- Coordinate with the front office team for smooth patient flow.
- Provide reminders to patients for follow-up visits or pending treatments.
- Address basic patient queries or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Report daily calling status and updates to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: PUC /Diploma/ Any Degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred (Healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in **Kannada, English**, and **Hindi** (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of using mobile apps or computer systems for call tracking.
- Pleasant, patient-first attitude with good listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection or disinterest with professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
