**Job Description - People Connect Associate 2 - India**
- Ensuring employees queries are closed within TAT and 50% volumes are processed compared to People Connect Associate 1
- Responsible for accurate and timely inputs of changes in Workwise and Onboarding formalities
- TAT reviews and feedback to People Connect Associate for errors
- Error tracking mechanism
- Escalation management for errors (External and Internal)
- Good understanding of HR OPS processes, the workflow of approvals, and overall executions
- Reviewing the employee case queues effectively and prioritizing the high-priority tasks
- Strong knowledge of stakeholders’ management skills
- Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes their workflow and stakeholders involved
- Excellent knowledge of any HRMS tool (PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday)
- Excellent knowledge of HR metrics (CSAT, Volumes trending, Time to close, time to assign)
- Strong Interpersonal skills and stakeholders management skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience is a must in HROPS set up in a mid or large organization
