- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for construction materials and equipment. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor procurement costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**: Track inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of materials to avoid project delays due to shortages.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, environmental, and industry standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks related to supply chain, cost fluctuations, and material shortages, and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and requirements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of procurement processes, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years in procurement within the construction industry (preference), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
