Role: Business Development Executive

Location: WFH (US SHIFT)

Experience: 0- 1 year

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hrs: 7:30PM to 3:30AM
- **(Training will be provided by the company and shift timing will be 9AM to 6PM)**_

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Identify and understand the needs of prospects, and provide information about suitable products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and articulate their benefits to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast using CRM tools or other systems.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.

**Requirements**:

- Must be **graduate** from recognized university.
- Must have **confident **communication skills.
- Experience in IT Sales will be **added advantage**.
- **Self-motivated** with a results-driven approach.
