**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
