**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- **Social Media Management**: Ideate and develop content for engaging posts and reels while working with the Social Media manager across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to build brand presence
- **Reporting**: Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic from social media posts
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest creative strategies to improve our digital presence

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:
o 0-2 years of experience in content writing - for website, blogs and social media

o Prior experience and understanding of the B2B space is a plus, but not mandatory
- **Skills**:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies

o Passion for content creation, be it static or video

o Understanding of SEO and keyword research
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication or similar functions
