**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years in Social Media Content Creation within a Digital Marketing Agency

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content strategies for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences, such as graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand messaging and objectives, ensuring content aligns with strategic goals.
- Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize and improve content strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into content creation.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in social media content creation within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and styles, with an emphasis on social media.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data to drive content improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
