**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with queries related to account balances, transactions, payments, and statements.
- Resolve complaints, escalate complex issues when needed, and ensure first-call resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information as per banking compliance and security protocols.
- Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, quality, and call handling metrics.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with banking products, services, and compliance regulations.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
- Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM tools.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Prior BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
