*Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that any issues they experience are fully resolved.
- Accurately track stock levels and promptly restock merchandise to ensure availability for customers.
- Maintain stock control measures to prevent overstocking or stockouts, optimizing inventory management.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective merchandising.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and assisting them with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, representing the company's brand values at all times.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking inventory and processing transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
