Purchase Executive

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Purchase Executive** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Source materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts teams for timely procurement.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor database.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement without compromising on quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and reordering materials as needed.
- Verify delivery of goods, quality inspection, and coordination for replacements if required.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction or engineering procurement (preferred).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of materials used in construction (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
- Familiarity with purchase software, MS Excel, and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
