**Location**: Bhopal

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: 3-7 years’ experience of purchase or procurement or relevant field. Minimum 1 year experience of working on Tally is required.

With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our procurement operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, products, and services required for operations.
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree. A degree in supply chain management, logistics management will be preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in procurement or relevant field (preferably in the FMCG, food industry or hospitality).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, tally and excel.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary Range**:Rs. 2,16000 - 4,44,000 per year
