Our approach is centered on delivering effective solutions that enhance global health outcomes through strategic marketing and distribution partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities would include
- Communicate with patients over the phone to take orders for prescribed medications.
- Carefully verify and cross-check all prescriptions received to ensure accuracy.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of nutraceutical products to patients, encouraging them to consider relevant options.
- Inform the dispatch team of orders and ensure the correct and timely dispatch of medications.
- Monitor the status of dispatched orders, ensuring all orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Provide patients with regular updates on the status of their orders and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure accurate documentation of orders, prescriptions, and patient interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.

We are looking for someone who has
- Must be a certified pharmacist.
- Previous experience in a tele calling role in the pharma industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical & nutraceuticals products.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to cross-check prescriptions and ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure orders are dispatched within the set timeline.
- Ability to work closely with the dispatch and operations teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
