The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.Key Responsibilities:Contact potential and existing clients via calls to promote pharmaceutical products and servicesUnderstand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutionsMaintain a database of customer information and follow up regularlyAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growthBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsHandle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a professional mannerWork closely with the sales and marketing team to implement strategiesRequirements:Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (pharma/healthcare industry preferred)Excellent communication, convincing and persuasive skillsAbility to build rapport with customers quicklyTarget-driven with a positive attitude and self-motivationBasic knowledge of MS Office and CRM toolsMinimum qualification: GraduateWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesTraining and career growth opportunitiesSupportive and professional work environmentOpportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic pharma company
