**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented **Telecalling Executive** who can handle **IndiaMART inquiries**, follow up on leads, and assist in generating new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management** - Handle daily inquiries and messages from **IndiaMART**, respond promptly with accurate product details and quotations.
**Telecalling & Follow-ups** - Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain products, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
**Client Coordination** - Share company profiles, product catalogs, and quotations; manage follow-up communication professionally.
**Database Maintenance** - Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and order progress in Excel or CRM software.
**Sales Support** - Coordinate with sales managers and production teams to ensure smooth communication and order processing.
**Reporting** - Prepare daily and weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 0**- 2 years** of experience in **telecalling, lead management, or inside sales**.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with **IndiaMART portal** (lead handling, follow-ups, and messaging).
- Excellent verbal communication in **Hindi and English** (regional language is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Prior experience in **packaging, printing, FMCG, or B2B sales** preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
