Job Title - Experienced Sales Executive

About Us:
Royal Sparsh is a leading manufacturer of premium office furniture, committed to combining functionality, innovation, and design excellence. We are expanding our dynamic sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can drive growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the office furniture sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, showroom visits, and product presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience (minimum 2-5 years) in office furniture, interiors, or related industries.
- Strong network of corporate clients, architects, and interior designers is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
