**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings**: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their event needs and present our services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our event management solutions.
- **Deal Closing**: Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors to ensure the successful execution of events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **CRM Updates**: Accurately update the CRM system with client interactions and sales activities.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the event management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
