**Career Counseling & Guidance**:

- Provide personalized career counseling sessions to assess interests, skills, and professional goals.
- Guide individuals in selecting suitable career paths or educational programs.
- **Skill Development**:

- Organize and conduct workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and workplace etiquette.
- Identify gaps in skills and recommend training or certification programs.
- **Job Search Support**:

- Assist clients in identifying job opportunities that align with their goals.
- Provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and online professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
- **Career Planning Resources**:

- Develop and share resources like career roadmaps, industry trend reports, and self-assessment tools.
- Maintain an updated database of job openings, internship opportunities, and employer contacts.
- **Networking and Collaboration**:

- Build partnerships with employers, alumni networks, and industry experts to create opportunities for clients.
- Facilitate career fairs, networking events, and employer workshops.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track the progress of clients and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Generate reports on client outcomes and program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
