**Key Competencies & Required Skills**:

- **5+ years** of experience in ETL design, development, optimization, and testing using SAP Data Services (BODS) and PL/SQL.
- **5+ years** of expertise in PL/SQL, complex SQL tuning, stored procedures, and data warehousing best practices.
- **3+ years** of experience in data migration using BODS from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA.
- **3+ years** of experience with relational and cloud database design, optimization, and performance (preferably SAP HANA, BW, Oracle, Hadoop, S3, and RedShift).
- **3+ years** of experience developing flows using batch processing, real-time data, and streaming processes to enhance customer personalization.
- **2+ years** of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GIT, Java, and Shell scripting.
- Proficient in creating data stores for sources and targets, including ECC, BI, and databases.
- Expertise in performance tuning using caching, parallel execution, bulk loading, and data flow optimization.
- Strong understanding of change data capture (CDC) on type 1, type 2, and type 3 slowly changing dimensions (SCD).
- Hands-on experience integrating Business Objects Data Services with both SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Skilled in developing complex data models using SAP Native HANA Studio modeling tools.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, results-driven, and decision-making based on fact-based logic.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within project deadlines.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedules for global team communications across time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop ETL solutions using best practices in data warehouse design for next-generation analytics platforms.
- Analyze data requirements, complex source data, and data models to determine the best extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) methods.
- Assess business requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in on-premise and cloud ESB architectures to meet scalability, reliability, security, and performance needs.
- Provide technical assistance to evaluate and develop systems and procedures.
- Document ETL processes and data warehouse workflows.
- Develop and deploy reliable ETL job workflows with error handling and rollback mechanisms.
- Perform foundational data administration tasks, including scheduling jobs, troubleshooting errors, managing job windows, and database performance tuning.
- Design, develop, test, and adapt ETL code to accommodate changes in source data and new business requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for seamless transitions to support teams.
- Develop automated processes for data auditing and validation.
- Lead the design, architecture, integration, and support of data sourcing platforms with a focus on high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Manage automation of file processing and ETL processes within job workflows.
- Contribute to the development and adherence to procedural standards.
- Proactively communicate innovative solutions and improvements beyond the task scope.
- Collaborate effectively with teams and work independently to deliver high-performing business solutions.
- Coordinate and perform unit and system integration testing.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
- Ensure data quality across the ETL process through audits and feedback loops.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,524,493.10 - ₹2,011,742.52 per year
