- We're looking for Record to Report Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statements and Reporting._

- Responsibilities_
- 1.Report Development:_
- _Develop and design reports using SAP BusinessObjects tools such as Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, and Analysis for Office._
- _Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications._
- 2. Dashboard Development:_
- _Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards (formerly Xcelsius) or SAP Lumira Designer._
- _Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of business users._
- 3. Data Modeling and Query Building:_
- _Build and optimize data models and queries using SAP BusinessObjects Universe Design Tool (UDT) or Information Design Tool (IDT)._
- _Ensure data integrity and performance in data retrieval processes._
- 4. System Administration:_
- _Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, and server monitoring within SAP BusinessObjects environments._
- _Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server performance and stability._
- 5. Integration:_

- 6. Training and Support:_
- _Provide training and support to end-users on SAP BusinessObjects tools and functionalities._

- _Adhere to best practices and standards for report development, data modeling, and system administration within SAP BusinessObjects environments._
- _Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures._
- 8. Documentation:_
- _Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides for developed reports and solutions._
- _Maintain documentation of system configurations and customizations._
- 9. Performance Tuning:_
- _Optimize report performance and data retrieval processes to ensure efficient use of system resources._
- _Identify and address performance bottlenecks in reports and queries._
- 10. Collaboration:_
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and system administrators to deliver high-quality BI solutions._
- _Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status._
- 11. Continuous Learning:_
- _Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in SAP BusinessObjects._

- 1. Education:_
- _Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field._
- 2. Certifications:_
- _SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence with SAP BW/4HANA (or equivalent)._
- _SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform (or equivalent)._
- 3. Experience:_
- _5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects development and administration._
- _Experience working with SAP BW (Business Warehouse) or SAP HANA environments is highly desirable._
- 4. Technical Skills:_
- _Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects tools including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, SAP Lumira, and Dashboards._
- _Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation._
- _Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects administration tasks such as security configuration and server management._
- 5. Analytical Skills:_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions._
- _Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes._
- 6. Communication Skills:_
- _Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders._
