Voice & Non Voice

Job Location: Malad, Powai, Chandivali, Bhayander, Airoli, Thane, Vikroli.

Shift: US - 5:30 pm to 9:30 am (Any 9 Hours Shifts)

UK - 10:30 am to 3:30 am (Any 9 Hours Shifts)

AUS - 3:30 am to 3:30 pm (Any 9 Hours Shifts)

5 days working 2 week offs

**Experience**:
Hsc / Graduate (Fresher’s).

Job Description:*
- Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
- Communication, empathy, responsiveness, attention to detail, patience, being knowledgeable, and flexibility.
- Customer service representatives work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders. If you enjoy helping people, a job as a customer service representative could be a good fit.

*Requirements:*
- Proficient typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**:
14k to 30k in hand + Incentives
