**Job Title**: International Voice Support
**Client**: Vodafone
**Employment Type**: Permanent position with Quess Corp
**Work Mode**: Hybrid (3 days work from office per week)
**Shift**: UK Shift (starting from 12 PM onwards) - 1-way cab provided
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in international voice process
**Notice Period**: Immediate joiners only

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients (UK region)
- Provide prompt and effective support for customer queries and concerns
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g., connectivity, device configuration, etc.)
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in communication
- Log customer interactions and maintain records accurately
- Adhere to service-level agreements and quality standards

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., troubleshooting network or device issues)
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work in UK shift timings
- Must be based in Pune and ready for hybrid work (3 days WFO/week)
- Should be an immediate joiner

**Selection Process**:

- **Initial Screening** - Communication check
- **Voice Versant Test** - Minimum cut-off: 60+
- **Face-to-Face Interview** - Communication assessment & stability check
