Skills Required: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional demeanor. - Strong listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents. - Customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing high-quality support. - Problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Familiarity with customer service software or CRM tools. - Adaptability to different international customer needs and communication styles. QUALIFICATION: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
