- Export Operations

Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, customs coordination, logistics, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant international shipments. Serve as the operations backbone for the export team and a support system to the sales function

Handle all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BL, COO, etc.) - Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping agents
- Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with DGFT/export regulations
- Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records in Tally and Excel
- Track consignments and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Communicate with international clients and internal teams for delivery updates
- Support the sales team with client requirements related to documentation and shipping
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes
- Familiarity with Indian customs, DGFT, and INCOTERMS
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and shipment tracking portals
- Coordination and negotiation with freight and logistics vendors

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
