The KRAs include:

- Leading restaurant operations
- end to end
- Delivering superior service and maximising customer delight
- Management of the team members ,Organise and supervise shifts
- All functions related to P&L of the restaurant, Budgeting/Cost Control
- Ensure proper upkeep & Maintenance of the restaurant
- Making Sales Projections, P&L of the restaurant on every End of Month
- Monitor & improve staff performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and all other regulations
- MIS and reports

Work experience/competencies desired:

- Experience in Fine Dining sector, have good experienced in India operations
- Analytical, Problem solving, troubleshooting & planning expertise
- Through knowledge of different Materials, equipment's & finishes
- Team builder & high degree of ethics and integrity
- Aptitude to undertake wide & diverse range of tasks
- Very high business acumen
