**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **day-to-day accounting** operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliations and book-keepings.
- Handle **billing, invoicing, and payment processing**.
- Maintain **accounts payable and receivable**, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Prepare **GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory returns** in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct **bank reconciliations** and assist in financial reporting.
- Assist in **costing, budgeting, expense management and MIS**.
- Coordinate with auditors for **internal and statutory audits**.
- Ensure proper **documentation and record-keeping** for all financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 - 4 years** of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** and Microsoft Excel, Others.
- Strong understanding of **GST, TDS, TCS and other taxation** rules.
- Experience in **billing, invoicing, and reconciliation**.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, or Finance**.
- Additional certifications in **Tally, GST, TDS, TCS or Taxation** will be an advantage.
- Salary is not a bar for the right talent.
